Main Features of Metalworks’ Manual debagging station
Metalworks manual debagging station is a stand-alone set-up suitable for Small Bags as well as Jumbo-Bags and filling of indoor/outdoor silos and containers. Depending from the purpuse the station is used for, scope may change as follows :
Small Bags – scope includes:
– Debagging hopper
– Pressure conveying system
– Electric panel complete with PLC control and a touchscreen HMI operator’ interface suitable, as standard,
for up-to 8 silos.
Jumbo Bags – scope includes:
– Steel frame for the handling of the jumbo bag
– Electric hoist
– Cross-beam for the handling of the jumbo bags
– Debagging hopper
– Pressure conveying system
– Electric panel complete with PLC control and a touchscreen HMI operator’ interface suitable, as standard,
for up-to 8 silos
Capacity
Depending from the requested capacity, the pressure pneumatic conveying system can be supplied for a
conveying capacity from approx. 1000 kg/h to 10.000 kg/h. Higher conveying capacity are available on demand
