Metalworks main task and priority is to provide the best possible solution based on Customers’ needs, product to be handled and site conditions. Technical solutions, machines and components are the result of detailed engineering MW technical staff is doing and responsible for. 2D and 3D design is granted depending from request/needs.
In case of silos, along with the static calculation of the silos and sizing of the aluminium/stainless steel sheets and profiles, particular attention is granted to the welding process and procedures as well as relevant quality checking the manufacturing will have to suit to. In this way only, the silos would meet the quality and manufacturing standards the final product can be certified for.
Additionally, loads and footing will be granted for the detailed design, based on the site conditions, of the silos’ foundation.
